Got the product, as advertised, exactly on time, packaged beautifully (with some treats enclosed!!) and with a lovely hand written note on the invoice. A perfect transaction that left a lasting memory. If there are any more items that I can source from Charles Day, it will be my first stop. Highly recommended.
