Before proceeding with an order, you will be required to show that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference.

This website is the property of Charles  Fay.  All material on this website is copyright to Charles  Fay and is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.

Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholders bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Charles  Fay. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

3. ORDERING GOODS

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number where applicable.

All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.Please  note that  it is up to you ie  the customer to  read  the product description properely  as  this is  the actual description of the product  as  mistakes  can be made  in relation to the picture so please  read the product descriptions  carefully.

If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.

We use An Post services Flat Rate Shipping of  €6 on  all  orders under €75. Over €75 delivery is free

International Delivery

We  deliver internationally  if your country is not listed please contact us for further details

COLLECT ORDER INSTORE

When ordering your purchases you can opt to collect your items instore by selecting local pickup

When collecting your items instore, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smart phone.


GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient  i.e. the  email  given  for gift voucher code to be  sent to at the time of the order within 48 hours

If  you do want a physical gift card  to be sent to the person please get in touch with the shop directly on 049 4332036 to  organise this .Please do not  place your order for the gift card on the website ,

Please note - Gift Cards cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. We cannot take responsibility for any gift cards that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift card, as it is their responsibility to keep the Gift Card safe.

 

5. RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer a refund if the item is unsuitable within 14 days of receipt of your order.When returning a product you must have contact  us first either by phone or email to inform us . Returns will be not entertained if you have not contacted us first within 14 days to let us know of your intension.After this period returns WILL NOT BE  EXCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and if  the product is returned  there will be no refund issued and you will be liable for any postage arising .Please  note  after initial contact  items must be returned  within  a week or proof of postage must be shown for dates within a  week of the inital contact

There is NO RETURN or EXCHANGE on Sale Products

The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn. All dispatched orders will include a packing note outlining your purchase details and a returns form.

Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge if relevant.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact  us.We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging, POSTAGE is DUE on the new item separately regardless of the value of the product AND  FREE  POSTAGE DOES NOT APPLY .If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.

Please  note that if one of the items  returned bring to the orginal purchase to below the €75 the postage of €6 will deducted off the items  value

Non Returnable  Items

Please note for hygiene reasons there is strictly no exchange or refunds on underwear items  with  a brief  ie shapewear, swimwear, briefs and  bra  accessories ie  stick on cups  and bras . No Exceptions. no exchange or refund will be given on any items worn.Sale items  are also  non- returnable  no exceptions

We are not responsible for lost returned packages, and recommend you insure and track your package by registered post.

SETTLING DISPUTES - ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and service given by our customer service team. However if for any reason you are unhappy, please  and we will aim to resolve the matter immediately. 

6.Cancellation of Orders

if you have placed an order  but then wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure you write I want to cancel my order" in the mail subject. It is not always possible to cancel an order if the transaction has passed our security checks and has entered the warehouse for picking. However we always do our best to help! If you order is shipped and you refuse to sign for the parcel the return costs will be at your expense as per our terms and conditions.
